I’m curating a space for workplace equity leaders and people managers to connect and explore effective ways to enable greater equity, belonging, inclusion, and diversity in their organizations. I invite you to join this cohort - ready to receive and give support, and ready to walk away with tangible strategies you can employ to make progress at your workplace.

You’ll

• explore effective frameworks and tools to apply equity and inclusion practices at work

• work through the challenges in real-time

• explore how to respond when things go wrong

• learn key drivers to building equity

• join and contribute to a caring community

Each week, you’ll

• receive a video teaching on a relevant topic for your cohort, e.g. a framework, tool, and/ or practice

• join a 90-minute live session with three parts -

  • a recap and discussion on the video teaching

  • a peer-advising activity to generate solutions for your questions and challenges from each other and your facilitator

  • a meet-up with your accountability buddy - a participant you’ll be paired with to distill takeaways from each session (you can opt to meet up outside of the live sessions if you find that helpful)

You’ll also receive a complimentary 30-minute 1-on-1 advisory call with Olanike - which you can schedule when we’re halfway through the cohort experience.

Structure & Schedule

Structure: Cohorts meet a total of six (6) times for 90-minute sessions

Session Dates & Times:

• The Workplace Equity Leaders cohort will meet on Tuesdays at 11 am EST from February 20, 2024 to March 26, 2024

• The People Managers cohort will meet on Thursdays at 11 am EST from February 22, 2024 to March 28, 2024

Participants: Max of 8 people per cohort group
